Modality of rent:  Short Term Rental - as to say, agreements of maximum of 3 months, being possible renewals.

We remember that reservations will be effective only through the correspondent banking deposit carried out based on the system "First come, first served". To ensure a pre-booking, please advise in advance about the intention of completing the filing. To accomplish, is granted time until the next day's request, if he it's not a Sunday.

If there is interest in the monthly rental, to the apartment reservation is needed a  30% deposit of the full period. The remaining 70% of the 1st month will be paid upon signing the contract and delivery of the keys. For the next months, the other 70% of each month will be paid until the 5th day after the expiration of the existing contract.

The proof of the deposit may be sent by fax or by e-mail indicating the number of banking operation performed.

Renewal of the lease: non-automatic (each contract starts to run a new period under the conditions set). It is also possible reserves, as and when there is availability or has not yet been booked by another customer;

Periods for which no reservations were made early mean total availability of the property to another guest;

The availability of the phone is only for local calls to fixed telephone lines. If there are calls to cell phones, inter states calls, international calls and receiving collect calls, shall be deemed, automatically, as phone rental, which include, in addition to payment of the calls made, a fee of $ 50.00 (fifty U.S. dollars) . The excesses of pulses in the callings will be charged;

No changes are allowed in the structure of the building or addition of furniture unrelated to this;

Delivery of the keys: In the act of signing the contract. They are found with the responsible person;

The apartments are in perfect condition and use of living, with all its components functioning;

Bed linen is responsability of the Tenant. There are only available for pillows. Please bring pillowcase and sheets. Blankets are not provided either.

For many reason, we ask not to smoke in the apartments;

The Rates are charged from the day of receipt of the keys to the date of delivery of them.

Visit to the buildings is possible only when they are unoccupied. Please be so kind by  providing transportation to the responsible for the apartment.

As the reserves for periods shorter than 15 days, must be made with less than 20 days before the desired period.
